I’m a professional cook moving from Cleveland to New York in late August to work at the 3 Michelin Star restaurant Le Bernardin, and I’m looking to move into an apartment September 1.

I’m 31, very clean and prefer to live a quiet life. As a cook I’ll be working pretty much every afternoon and evening the restaurant is open (monday-saturday) and getting home after midnight most nights.

In my spare time I usually prefer to sleep, read, or surf the web with a little gaming here and there. Obviously as some one new to the city I’ll try to spend some time exploring and eating out; but my partying days are well behind me.
