I’m a 45 year old straight male, but lgbtq+ friendly (love is love yo), non religious, new to the area, musician (I have a small home studio and guitars may occasionally be strewn about) I have 2 dogs: a 7 year old hound mix, and a 3 year old beagle mix, both female, both spay, laid back cuddle dogs. I pretty much work banker hours. I’m willing to split a 2 bedroom and pay 2/3 because I have dogs. Only been here a few weeks to start my dream job yet cannot seem to find a place on my own. Welcome male or female perspective roomates. You’ll have to meet the dogs as they are 98% loving and people friendly, but also great judges of character and will weed out any bad eggs.
