Hi, im 24 years old, white male, respectful and quiet. I work full-time and if works is slow then part time. When not working I’m with my fiance and her kids. I have no pets and I do smoke cigarettes but, never in the home. I have a work i.d. but. No maryland i.d. yet I’m working on that. I have proof of income as well. I’m looking to move asap because my current landlord who rents rooms is moving out. Also, im looking for something furnished if possible. If not thats fine. I am also negotiable when it comes to rent but, would like to stay below 600$ a month. Thank you.
