I am looking for a bright, clean and peaceful place to live, either on my own for up to $1500, or up to $1200 with no-more-than two roommates and I am prepared to sign a long-term lease.

ABOUT ME I recently moved back to San Francisco (lived here 25 years in the 80’s and 90’s) to be near my sister again; she runs and owns our family business in West Portal: a hair salon specializing in designing and providing prosthetic human hair options for women undergoing hair loss.

I am an ideal roommate because I am mature, trustworthy and semi-retired with great references, a high credit score, a clean background check and a regular income. As an artist at heart, and with my diverse background in hospitality, catering, restaurants, photography, graphic design, interior design, theatre and online furniture sales, I now work (when I am not searching for a place to call home) as a Professional Organizer assisting clients with home and business downsizing projects!

LIFESTYLE/HABITS I am often out and about to enjoy yoga, dancing or taking walks around the neighborhood, beach or park. I also enjoy visiting my family, in and out of town several times a year. Although I mostly keep to myself, I enjoy spontaneous conversations, meals or activities with roommates. I’m a very considerate and friendly person who respects people and their homes. I try to stay healthy and eat mostly fish and plant-based foods, but I do indulge in meat occasionally. I guess I’m a flexitarian.

MY IDEAL SPACE A large bedroom with lots of light, real hardwood floors at least in the bedroom (but not a deal breaker) and ample closet space. I would love to find a place with a private bathroom (or a clean, shared spacious bathroom) that has a tub that is not surrounded by a door. -Clean, clutter-free communal spaces -Washer/Dryer on
