Single female, EXTREMELY quiet and tend to keep to myself. Personable but I do not party. I do not smoke or drink and would prefer a non-smoking environment. I am clean, polite and responsible. I am new to the area having recently relocated from the other side of the country, literally. Just me, by myself; no kids or boyfriend / girlfriend drama to accompany me. I work full time and in my spare time, I am happiest enjoying a good book and a cup of tea.
I am looking for a roommate not put-off by someone as quiet and unassuming as myself.
I am looking for a private room with a private bathroom. Even better would be a standalone back house - for which I would be willing to pay more.
