I am looking for a room to rent. I have a 19 y/o daughter who goes to UC Merced & will be visiting occasionally on breaks. I don’t party nor play loud music. Sometimes I do drink beer because it relaxes me. I do smoke, but never inside! I’m an EMT and I work 12+ hour shifts. I’m easy going and tend to keep to myself but can also be social. I want a relaxing comfortable environment to live in. That isn’t a party house. I have a 10 y/o small dog (13lbs because he’s fat) he’s very skittish, but in time he will warm up to people. He doesn’t bite.
