Hi my name is Sabrina I’m looking for a room to rent in Rancho Cucamonga area. I am currently living in a home with my mother but unfortunately we plan on moving separately due to rent increase.

I’m hard working, motivated, very neat, friendly, communicative, and respectful. I’m easy going and friendly but don’t mind keeping to myself! I can help around the house if needed! I love a clean living space. I’m great with babies/kids and come from a large family. I run a very small but cute business from home that I plan on expanding one day if I’m able to. I understand moving into someone else’s home would typically mean I can’t run it how I’m used to and that’s okay 🙏🏽

I have a red female Siberian husky named Nani my dad got me before he passed away a few years ago. She’s potty trained, doesn’t dig, doesn’t bite, great around small children, super quiet, doesn’t even know how to bark, is crate trained, and walked frequently! She would stay in my room unless agreed on access to the yard.
