Hello, Everyone calls me Zip, and I am a part time student at the University Of Maine, I have my associates in liberal arts, and now i am going for my Bachelors majoring in Public administration. I am primarily interested in going into the public [Non-profit] sector, and will will most likely be doing a internship in a local non profit for the last year of my degree. (Im not 100 Hetero so girls no creep factor dont worry) I am a very motivated, and positive person and am (in general) just glad for each day that i get. I have no problem paying for a couple of months rent in advance, or like depositing money in an escrow account or something. I have been having health problems the last few weeks and now i have until may 31 to be out of my current rental, (great reference, great credit) I and also pretty good with common law If someone wants a rental agreement-in writing.
