I am 25 years old, very organized, diligent and hard working.

I work from home and will be doing that most of the day.

I can keep to myself and focus on work, but love and value the relationships I have with people and am super friendly, supportive, and encouraging.

Rent will always be on time, I’m happy to establish a plan to share responsibilities and set clear boundaries from the start that way there is clear and effective communication about what each-other expects.

I am an effective communicator, am very cool under stress and I do not make it difficult to address something with me if needed if there is something needed to be brought to my attention.

I don’t make a lot of noise, I always clean up my mess, I’m not lazy, and I don’t stay up late.

I’m not boring, just focused and respectful.

At least that’s how I like to see it lol.
