Hi! I’m a freelance illustrator looking for an affordable place close to my part time job in Franklin.

A bit about myself. I’m easy going and respect space and privacy. I am the oldest of 8 snd was homeschooled so I am well accustomed to living with multiple people. Because I enjoy living in a tidy space, I actively work to clean up after myself and like to have a home for everything.

At the end of the day, what I value most is open and honest communication of expectations to resolve and avoid any conflicts before they arise.

I have a cat named Sapphire (13yo Bluepoint Siamese). She is sweet, clean, and hypoallergenic. I keep her brushed and her litter box clean and use odor neutralizing litter so there is never any “cat” smell. I will have the occasional drink but do not smoke.

I hope to find a female roommate who values communication, respects boundaries and enjoys life as it comes. And that’s about it for me!
