I am a young professional in the Metro area. I’ve always rented on my own in apartment homes but over time I have accumulated some expenses and it only makes sense for me in my 1-2 year plan to execute for me to cut costs and live with someone. I have clean hygiene and a big believer in saving utility costs along with making sure things are kept well around the house ex:/ no undone dishes in the sink after use, Vaccuum, cleaning the bathroom. I take initiative around the house with no expectations in return. I love pets and animals love me as well. I prefer Dogs but I love cats as well. I’m a barber on the side, I love outdoor activities and exercise but I’m mostly am a home body. If you select me as your roommate and we have that privilege you will not be disappointed. I’m big on communication and being forefront. I am also a big team player.
