Hey there! I am a respectful, friendly, and well-mannered 24 year old women looking for a room to rent in May. I am a medical assistant who is pursuing further medical education. I am very hygienic and will have no problem keeping everything looking spotless. I also have 1 cat and his is neutered and has up to date vet records. He has never had any accidents or vomiting, and is a sweet boy. I would plan on having him reside solely in my room with the door closed. If you are allergic, I will clean even more thoroughly than I already do, and take extra precautions. I have a medical grade air purifier as well. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!
