Hello! Starting in the November, I am looking to rent a modestly-sized room in either a house or apartment in the Philadelphia metro. I am a college graduate (Stockton University, 2017), and currently split living between an apartment in Drexel Hill and my family home in Wildwood, where I make a living as an assistant warehouse manager for a distribution company. I am relatively quiet (at first, anyway), extremely tidy, and am respectful of others’ space. Though I am looking to rent year-round, the nature of my work schedule means that for roughly 4.5 months, I’d mostly be physically down in Wildwood and out of any landlord/roommate’s hair. Equally comfortable in the city or outdoors, some of my hobbies include traveling, hiking, and going out for a few drinks with friends. I am also a lover of history, and a huge fan of mixed martial arts.
