Zhenlin & Zhenyuan

Hi. I recently graduated from Rice University, and am currently a young tech professional working in a startup in Fremont. Trying to find a place in the Mission San Jose district, Fremont, to register my younger brother into the Mission San Jose High School, who will be living with me. I am an enthusiastic, respectful, organized and clean person. Love soccer, snowboarding, indoor rockclimbing, cooking, traveling and Overwatch. Seldom parties, don’t smoke. My brother is 16 and is quiet and shy, doesn’t party or smoke too. We are from China if that’s relevant. Interested in finding someone with similar living habits to share a 3B or 4B house around the budget of $1000-$1300 per person for 1-year+ lease (we will be taking two rooms). Just had this idea, so a bit short on timing. Looking to move in by Aug.10, but willing to move in first if you move in later in the month and share rent.
