I completed my background check through Roomies and it is currently processing. My move-in date is somewhat flexible. I need to give 30 days’ notice at my current room, and July 31 is the last day I can move.

I keep my living space clean and tidy, I like to keep loud noises to a reasonable minimum, and I pay my rent and bills on time. I’ll respect your belongings and ask first if I need to use something.

I’m looking for an unfurnished room as I plan on bringing my own furniture. I’m also interested in teaming up and renting a place together with the right roommate. Something in north or central Orlando is ideal so I can keep my commute short, but this is somewhat negotiable.
