25 year old male just moving to Phoenix and looking for affordable housing situation before purchasing a home. I lived with 7 others in college for 4 years with no issues. I like a clean place where everyone respects one another and cleans up after themselves. Drink and go out occasionally on weekends, but typically quiet during the week. Gone a lot doing outdoor activities and traveling for work. I will be working from home at first, but hope to find an office to travel to instead of being at home.
