I am a very clean person, except I do smoke. I am quite and work days mostly, occasionally I have to take my turn covering night calls. I have a car and could be helpful running errands and I enjoy yard work. I would be helpful for an elderly person. I am 59 years old and work for Hospice. I could assist in caring for someone when not working. I have no arrest record and a clean driving record. I own a mobile in Florida and rent it out because I recently got divorced and need space away from that scene. I have been living with my sister since Nov. 2021, and we get along great but she likes living alone. I would like to remain in Blue Ridge at least another year because I love my job. My future plan is to buy an Motor Home to retire in and return to Florida where my daughter and Grandchildren live. . I do need cable and internet, bathroom to share at minimum, and kitchen privileges to cook, although I eat only one meal a day. I have a single air mattress bed which I love and a lightweight dresser, in other words I could supply my own furniture with ease. I would like to be able to use the household washer and dryer for 1 load a week. I could get a small frig. of my own. I pretty much just work and hang out at home as I have not met very many people yet. Also, air conditioning is important and I could get my own window unit if need be. . I would like to be able to lock my room when not at home for security purposes, at least until I feel comfortable. I do not drink alcohol or smoke weed, or any other recreational drugs. Although I do not care if my roommate does. I hate drama. especially drunk drama. I am not dating and would not be asking for others to stay over. I am flexible on the rent, give or take a 100.00. also on the move date. Available net month.
