Hi! I’m moving to LA on Nov 7th, and am looking for a temporary living situation for 3-6 months along the Metro Red Line or < 20 min in bus to McArthur Park! My budget is max $1200, including utilities. I’m looking to join a house or search together! I hope to develop a friendship with my roommate(s), hanging out from time to time and figuring out the city together. I grew up in East LA, but this is my first time living downtown.
About me as a roommate: I’m 24 years old, and I’ve lived with roommates for 3 years, with 1-3 people at a time. I value taking care of my own messes, especially in the kitchen and common spaces. I’m not a big partier, but enjoy small hangs with friends. I adore dogs (I love dogwalking!) but sadly am allergic to cats. I love singing, so you’ll hear me singing often, but I value respecting quiet hours for everyone. I’m not a smoker (re: singing) yet have nothing against gummies or alcohol in the house. I don’t have a car and don’t plan on getting one as long as I can make that work in LA :’)
