Hello, I am a responsible individual who has no problems paying on time. I’d like to think I’m very friendly and respectful of other peoples’ space and time. I have a “you can always ask” policy, meaning we can always talk and you can always ask me anything about sharing or anything else; and I am pretty easy going as long as others respect my possessions and space. One last thing you should know about me is that I am pretty social and like to have my friends over but I will always ask to use any shared spaces beforehand.
