Hi my name is Monica. I am moving from Tucson, AZ. I’m originally from Northern AZ so I’m returning to the North. I’ll be ending my job at Tucson and starting a new job in Flagtaff. Pretty excited about the new challenge. My friends & family are in the area so I want to work & live closer to them. I have four grown children, 2 boys and 2 girls. My sons work in construction. My daughters are out of state at college together. My professional experience is in payroll and administration. I have worked in these areas within construction companies, tribal operations and UofA. I am a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time to rest & recharge. I want my living space to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I’m open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties. I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I am open to getting to know each other. I enjoy watching TV and having cook outs. I enjoy cooking so I may offer you a meal every once in a while. I like common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. We could create a cleaning schedule together. My monthly budget is $800, and I’m looking to move in sometime during August. I’m hoping to find a house near NAU or West Flagtaff. I want my own bedroom and bathroom. A house with a yard or a porch would be great. I enjoy getting outdoors. Here is some info about me: I’m a morning person. Making coffee & smoothies early. Every morning I like to meditate & stretch outside. Morning workouts are the best way to start my day. I’m comfortable with pets but I have weakness for dogs. My bedtime is usually early.
