I’m a 46 yo SWF looking to rent a room in a safe and calm environment. I work from home and travel when necessary would love finding a place quiet and friendly I am personable, very tidy, mostly keep to myself but like to have a good conversation from time to time, I’m respectful of space and others time, keep to my hobbies, and work. Im fairly new to the area and I typically don’t lean towards having guests over. Maybe occasionally have a friend if it’s okayed, but seldomly. My home is my sanctuary!
