We are a married couple moving to the San Jose area around the beginning of November 2022. We would like at least 2 rooms as my husband works partially from home, but it’s a quiet job (not a call center-type) We have 2 well trained, older dogs named Nina and Chloe. We both have a stable income, and I will likely be returning to college in the area when we move, so we both work a lot and spend time with our dogs and each other when we’re not working. We’re not party people nor super social, so we won’t be hosting big parties or anything disruptive, and we’d like a roommate that is similar. We’re looking to get an easy going roommate to save on housing costs as we save to buy a home someday.

We’ve been looking in a wide area from Gilroy up to south SF and over to East Bay, but ideally would be in San Jose. We’re a really chill couple that are mostly focused on making money and relaxing in our free time. Our move time is flexible (around end of October-early November).
