When I’m in season I am not home very much (August-December) I usually get home later and want to make food and go to sleep so I hope to have a roommate who can be respectful about keeping it quiet, as I’d like to be respectful about the shared space as well. I have a cat named mochi and she is so sweet, I bathe her once a month and she gets brushed often and I clip her nails and she doesn’t scratch furniture, doesn’t get on counters and doesn’t knock stuff over. Mochi is a very friendly, sweet cat, she likes to snuggle. Never had a complaint of it “smelling like a cat”. I am friendly, quiet, clean, respectful, down to be friends with roommates if they want. I’m not really a party person I’ll go out if I want to drink, I also don’t bring people over often, if I do it would be discussed. I like to discuss any issues the second they happen and find out what can be done. not interested in drama. I like roommates whom are also quiet, clean and respectful and not looking to invite people over all the time. And can handle respectful confrontation and have an adult conversation about what roommates can run into living together.

I’m big on going back and forth on buying toilet paper, soap, paper towels. Stuff we both use in shared spaces.

I’m looking to move after my lease ends in June 2024
