I am an extroverted introvert and can be social or occupy myself. I’m friendly, I’m reasonably intelligent, I’m responsible, and I’ve been a homeowner.

I am in a rebuilding phase following my divorce and COVID. I receive SSDI, so I have a guaranteed monthly income. I’m chipping away at unpaid debts that came to light after the divorce, so my current credit score is holding me back, although it’s on the rise!

I can provide numerous references from my prior careers in education, retail management, and finance and prior landlords can vouch for my character.

I just want to be myself without drama, judgment, and negativity, and I’ll give you the same respect. If we can forge a friendship, so much the better!

I need a place with no tobacco indoors. I am 420 legal and I am fine limiting it to outside use. If you have pets, that’s a bonus to me. I have a Shih Tzu named Eli who has happily lived with both pit bulls and cats.
