Well I myself like to keep a clean house and do not mind cleaning the common areas or decorating them for that matter. I’ve lived in a few shared houses and i like the socialism, I like having close neighbors for camaraderie, and it’s just nice to know someone’s around. With the right environment and people a shared house can quickly become like a small family. I believe in sharing, and gathering together. I love to cook and I have a bow wow baby named Bandit who, anywhere I go becomes everyone’s dog. In other words he’s very friendly very social and would most definitely protect the property. He is also trained by command, completely housebroken, and a good car rider. I’m looking to get in somewhere ASAP. I’m paying for motel rooms and with bandit and the daily fees he costs to stay, I’m spending thousands a month, and it’s killing my wallet. I’d rather put that money towards rent, and savings.
