A mindful, friendly, and responsible professional with a full time job. I keep to myself. No pets of my own. LGBTQ+ friendly. Light social drinker but hate the smell of smoke. I’m not OCD about being tidy but I do clean up after myself in a timely manner (ex. sometimes I’m too tired to wash dishes after dinner so I’ll wash them in the morning). As for a roomie, good communication is important. I want a roommate who can have important conversations with me face-to-face, give me a heads up when guests are coming over, etc. Overall, I want to be in an environment that I feel comfortable and safe in. Also, I’m not originally from here so I want to be able to host my family overnight, when needed.
