Hello I am Phil. Been living in Boise since the summer of 2022, and the rental I have had for 4 years, well the home is being sold. I have to be out by August 8th. I’m a young and healthy 66 year old, with a guaranteed income from social security. I’m a trustworthy house mate, considerate, stay in my room often, pay the bills. I have no vehicle, sometimes that’s a plus. I’m into working out and eating healthy, and looking for a great room around central bench. Never any criminal background. Worked hard for 48 years: restaurant, computers, finance, and Hawaii Tourism. Have lived in IL, CA, AZ, HI, and now Idaho!
