Hello! I am looking to rent a room in the downtown Houston area. I am currently a masters student at Rice Univeristy and work full time at an elementary school. I am looking to rent a room and bathroom to someone who has great communication, organization and friendly demeanor. I am easy to speak with, thorough with payments and busy during the week—so you may not see me that often.
