Hello, my name is Jennifer and I’m searching for a place for myself. I do have a cat and he is neutered, up to date with vaccines and is currently on flea and tick medication. He’s a very lovable kitty. I tend to keep to myself, quiet, and clean after myself. I do play video games, have a fun hobby and sometimes hang out with celebrities on the weekend. I buy my own food, and cleaning products. I’m COVID responsible and vaccinated. I do not mind cannabis smoking, but I’m not fond of cigarettes smoking; unless it’s outside. I do have Shared Custody with my child’s father. My child will be staying with me on some days. I need a safe space for myself, my child and my cat. I am willing to negotiate on rent and utilities beforehand.
