I am an Electrical Engineer and Data Scientist. I also run a small day trading business for the past 5 years. I am extremely active and take the gym very seriously. If you’re worried about your roommate being clean then I am the perfect fit. I can guarantee you that you will not find anyone cleaner than I am. I love an extremely organized, clean, and minimal environment. Half the time I won’t even be at the house. I will be going back to NY Fri-Sun to visit my family/friends in NY. I am a very social person but I am also extremely productive so you won’t find me ever bothering you and if we do happen to spend time together well definitely have some good conversations :)
