I have never missed a month of rent. I am quiet. I avoid going to parties, and would never throw one. I’m a non smoker but I won’t judge you if you smoke outside. My current neighbors sarcastically say I’m loud and keep them up as a joke. Because I’m probably the most quiet one in my apartment building. I tend to cook pretty well and will want to share, but eating my offerings is not required.
