I am a super clean and have lived on my own since I was 17 years old. I own a few homes/rentals myself and I will treat your property as if it is my own. I love people and enjoy being social, yet also appreciate the quiet…and any boundaries people need. I’m an insurance professional and work full-time B2B, some of that time from home. I do have a small desk, a couple file cabinets and a printer I’d ideally like to set up in my room, so a primarily unfurnished room would be ideal. I have my own twin bed and night stand but will need a dresser. And my kitten is an indoor/outdoor kitten (2 years old and loves people, cats and dogs), and could easily be trained to be outdoors 100% of the time if need be.
