Alec & Theo

Hey I’m Alec. I’m looking for a third roommate for myself and my buddy Theo. We are hoping to move to the Mill Creek, Washington area around early September. We both work most of the day, although Theo is moving up from California and is currently looking for a job in the area once we solidify our plans. He’s in the carpentry industry and I’m an Electrical Engineer fresh out of University. Theo’s budget is $1000, my budget can go as high as $1400, as we plan on dividing the rent cost as needed for any rooms that are bigger/have more amenities.

Our hobbies involve gaming, music, hiking, skiing, reading, and more. We don’t party, although we like to host friends for hanging around and are trying to improve our cooking. We are clean and responsible as well, and we respect each other’s boundaries while communicating well.

Since there is a good chunk of time before September, we are hoping to meet and become friends to find a good fit and so the whole process isn’t a rush. Maybe drinks, games, or going for lunch sounds good!
