Hello, My name is Katherine. I am 27 years old. I am a single mother to a well mannered 9 year old boy named Jeremiah, he is very well behaved. We are laid back, clean, considerate, kind and respectful. We are usually at work and school for the most part and like to lay back and watch movies and shows when we are home. We are looking for a place to share with another and hope to find the perfect fit :)

I am looking for a safe, clean, spacious place for me and my son. A place with out too many resrictions. I will NOT throw parties but am hoping to occationaly be able to bring my close family members over. Preferably a room with private bathroom. I can also have my former landlord provide a letter of recommendation as well as their contact info.
