Hey guys. John here. 53 year old GWM with a very friendly 13 year old cat. Just moved back to Delaware after living in Atlanta since 1990. I’m a genuine, friendly, laid back, dependable guy who it very tidy, easy-going, respectful and generally a very upbeat guy. I just moved back to Delaware at the beginning of 2022 to be closer to my aging parents and am looking for a roommate situation with a decent, dependable, laid-back, relatively sane, easy-going, down-to-earth, respectful and no-drama individual with a steady income who is cat-friendly and looking to find a compatible individual to become roommates with. At the moment I am living at the home I grew up in with my mother. The situation has been difficult getting used to after living alone for over 30 years. Though I prefer having my own apartment all to myself, I would be open to finding a roommate situation with another like-minded male/female. I work part-time but am also on SSI disability. So, I do have a steady income. I pay my bills on time and very respectful of people’s boundaries and lifestyles. Preferably, I would like to find a place either in Wilmington, Newark or Rehoboth Beach areas but would be open to other locations that are DART accessable or near a park or the water. I have a very friendly, adorable 13 year old Tabby cat who is very affectionate, good-natured and a bit chatty who I rescued in Atlanta about 7 years ago. I would like to find a place by September 2020 if possible and am open to either a temporary or long-term roommate situation.
