I am trying to help out my parents friend and renter, a senior citizen who is looking for a single one bedroom to rent in the city. No children, no drugs, no criminal or arrest records, no health issues, respectful of others, and steady income and job as a grocery store attendant. Prefers to pay in rent cash, he has been a great renter at my parents home in La Palma, but my parents are selling their home.
