I am a United States federal employee (civil servant) in the government working for the Department of Veteran Affairs at the Los Angeles Federal Building, Downtown, Los Angeles as a consultant for veterans. I just moved back from Japan as a federal consultant and looking for a place to reside. I formerly served my country in the United States Marine Corps on active duty and United States Air Force Reserves. As a federal employee, my background check is blemish free and I have no criminal record of any accord. I have proof of income, good credit and willing to do automatic withdrawals for monthly payments. Additionally, I am a single parent raising my daughter on my own. She is 17 years old. She lives with me. I am very adaptable and flexible, so my daughter and I will not cause any issues. My daughter works part time too and she will graduate soon.
