Iām relaxed, quiet/very clean and love to cook : ) Excellent credit. Looking for a temporary room in a free standing home/auxiliary dwelling unit (ADU)/tiny house or similar structure for the next 1-2 months to test the Seattle area. Hardwood floors required - may or may not be furnished. I do not have a car and want to be near public transportation. If situation is agreeable, may be interested in longer-term. I am highly sensitive to pesticide/insecticide/lawn care and propane heat. Excellent tenant and can provide references.
