I’m a 24-year-old guy looking for 2 or more roommates in the greater Boston area. I am very laidback and will likely be around a lot as I work fully remote. When not working, I spend my time out on the town or chilling at the apartment, not getting in anyone’s way. I’m usually open to conversation and hanging out if I am not busy. I am also a pretty clean person. My only expectation would be that everyone treats shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc) with respect and consideration for others. Communication is key as well of course. Everyone should have an equal split of apartment responsibilities (cleaning, garbage day, etc).
