Hello, I hope this finds you well. I am currently going through a divorce process in NJ and I’m looking for a furnished room in a nice area. Because of the details of my divorce process, is easier for me to rent a room, instead of engaging in a different type of property contract. I would like to rent for 1 or 2 years. I am American by birth, but grew up outside of the U.S for a few years. My background is Italian through my mother’s side, and Portuguese through my father’s side. I am an educated person (NYU-IONA MBA/MC BS in accounting and computer science). I am an insightful person, not a drug user, no pets, highly organized with my financials, and enjoy the company of funny and good-hearted people. I am a hard working guy, who works 2 jobs; during the day I am a Compliance Officer of the U.S Financial System (IIA-FinCEN), and a few nights a week/weekend I work as a Technologist in Hospitals located in the state of New Jersey and New York City as well. I am currently living in South Jersey (Cherry Hill) near my kids (from when I was married), but as they are getting older, I figured that I can live closer to Manhattan, and near the beach on the Jersey side. I like the Jersey Central East area very much, and I am open to relocating around there.
