My name is Matthew Garcia and I’m going to be attending UC Santa Barbara in the Fall semester and I’m looking for somewhere for me and my girlfriend, Kaley 20, to stay while I’m in school. I’ll be a full time student working part time and she will be working full time. We’re looking to split the rent for single rooms but we are definitely aware this can be a hassle, so we’re more than willing to pay a higher rent if that helps at all. I’d love to hear any additional important information about the place and if necessary, we can definitely schedule some sort of viewing if possible. As for a little bit about me, I love volleyball, guitar, playing video games, and just hanging out with good people really. I also love the beach so that’s a super big plus for the area! I’m not the biggest partier ever but I don’t mind them and I’ll make friends with pretty much anyone. As for Kaley, she’s a sweetheart who will also get along with anyone very well and she enjoys reading, playing video games, makeup, and also going to the beach. Right now, she works at Ulta beauty so she’s looking to try and transfer somewhere up there whenever we move and such. As for a move in date, it’s pretty flexible but something towards the end up August/ early September would be much preferred. Thank you very much and I hope you have a great rest of your day!!
