Andi Feron

I am looking for two possibilities. Either a part time rental for a year, 2022 to 2023 summer, or a longer term plan that could accommodate my fiancé moving in some time next year. We hope to marry this winter or early next year. She is an artist in Japan. We like this Rondout neighbourhood where i live now. We would like to stay. I am paying more than i want to pay right now, but i am not in an urgent rush, just looking for a better arrangement. She still has a small place in Jaoan. Ideally for us when i am gone for a month or two, to meet her family there in Tokyo, i could pay less than full rent for the months i am gone. This is negotiable. I am a peace action, prayer walk organizer, and long time experienced volunteer for community and our environment. Clearwater Sloop crew participation first brought me here to the Rondout area. I really like it here now, and so does my fiancé, when she visits. Room for her to continue her calligraphy art when she moves here in a year would be so ideal. Our kids are grown and leading independent lives, also with an international, out of the box, generosity of spirit that my beloved and i share in common. We met building a monument for nonviolence, and we are both good networkers for a better world.
