Starting a new job in the southern peninsula and looking for somewhere close and affordable. I’m a pretty easy going guy that loves sports and movies. I’m a clean, fairly quiet, and easy going guy. My main priority for roommates is that there is a mutual respect. I’m a friendly guy and get along with roommates easily, but am also fine with keeping to myself. As long as the place is relatively clean, I’ll have no complaints. I always clean up after myself and respect other’s things. I will usually be waking up fairly early for work, but am understanding of early morning noise and try to keep it to a minimum.
