I keep to myself. I always clean up after myself and others on occasion. I pay attention to schedules. I’m considerate and accommodate individuals the best I can. IE being quiet not using certain common areas during certain times due to others schedules etc. I pay rent on time early if necessary and given a heads up. I pay attention to things and won’t let a left open fridge or a left on light kill the bills. I keep the rest room clean. Just a decent roommate.
