Hello. If you interested in rent $$$ without the burden of a full-time roommate then we need to chat. I am needing a “crash pad” (private room w/space to work, and good internet connectivity). I am based in the Kansas City area. One of our kids is moving to CO and I, and sometimes my husband, need a place to stay for 1-2 weeks at a time, every few months over the next 10 months - Rent would be paid every monthly, regardless.
