I am a 51 year old male with respect and good values. I am single and starting over with my life. I will be attending school at Chaffey Collage in September/August 2022, so I will be concentrating on that to focus on a new career. I am very quiet, clean, and looking for a longterm place to live. I have a one bedroom apartment now, that I’ve been in for 7 years, and they just raised my rent again. It’s too much space for just myself, so this would be my best option at this point. I do not have a criminal record, I don’t do drugs or smoke and I rarely drink. I just want to save money and focus on my future and career. Thank you! I appreciate your consideration.
