My roomie, Jacqueline is Haitian. Her 1st language is Creole French but she can speak some English. She gets full-time income as well (as a warehouse worker) and she attends a class. She mostly keeps to herself when she is at home. We believe that for all of us to be good roomies the most important elements are responsibility, trust, respect and cleanliness.
