I am a single, unattached male and my time is currently divided between work and play. I work full time for the State of CA, Monday-Friday. My evenings and weekends are spent going to concerts, musicals, plays, etc. I also enjoy gaming (stream/video, Magic, D&D, etc.) and Karaoke. I Enjoy good food and dining out. I have a small group of friends and spend a lot of my free time hanging with them at various locations throughout the Greater Sac area. When not at work or out with friends, I spend most of my time in my room. So preferably, I am looking to rent the master bathroom/private bathroom and some garage space for parking…of course would pay extra. I also have great credit. Looking to share a place with one or two others who have strong credit, no evictions, etc. and can also afford up to a $1000 per month for a share of costs on rent, utilities, high speed internet, etc. (Note: I have someone screening contacts for me. Important: must be able to go on the lease, have good credit/rental history, etc. once a place is found/agreed upon.
