Hi everyone! I am looking for a female roommate to get an apartment together. I am a graduate student at the University of Houston. My budget is around $700-$800. The neighborhoods I am considering are the Heights, Montrose, and Midtown, but I would be open to looking elsewhere as well. And I am looking to move in early August. I do have a cat that will live with me but unfortunately, I cannot live with any other animals as my cat is not great and extremely nervous around other animals. A little bit more about me. I will spend most of my time at school or away at my parents’ house. I will occasionally have people over, but we can definitely sit down and set boundaries and rules.
