Hello .I’m looking for a room to rent in the Leesburg ,Eustis Tavares area .I’m a 46 y/o guy on disability. Very clean ,responsible and dependable. My current landlord is selling the house that I currently rent at ,so I need to find another room to rent .I’m never late on rent and have rent receipts from the past 2 years I’ve been here and from 3 years from house bf here when the owner sold that house which was the reason I moved to current residence .I’m quiet and respectful of others .I dont drink or party ..I do smoke cigarettes but have no problem smoking outside .I am currently enrolled in online courses to earn my computer science and cybersecurity professional degree and certification so alot of my time is on a computer or phone .I’m easy going ,and too old for any kinds of drama
